By booking and purchasing any service from Donna Bella Image Consulting, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
Donna Bella Image Consulting provides personal image consulting, brand image consulting, wardrobe styling, personal shopping, and related services.
These services are designed to provide guidance and recommendations based on professional expertise.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Results may vary depending on each client.
Donna Bella Image Consulting does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:
personal appearance results
professional opportunities
financial or business results
3. Payments
All services must be paid in full in advance to confirm booking.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show) will result in loss of the session.
5. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Donna Bella Image Consulting in cases where the service was not delivered as agreed.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, including clothing purchases, styling choices, and implementation of recommendations.
Donna Bella Image Consulting is not responsible for outcomes resulting from these decisions.
7. Use of Images & Content
By participating in the services, the client grants permission for Donna Bella Image Consulting to use photos, videos, and results for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media and website content.
If a client prefers not to have their images used, they must submit a written request.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, styling concepts, and recommendations provided are the intellectual property of Donna Bella Image Consulting and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
